To the Editor:
I can’t believe that CNY and Cardinal Hayes High School would give publicity and honor to Helen Gurley Brown’s $1 million contribution to the school (CNY, Nov. 4).
The whole content of her magazine has been the affirmation of immoral behavior for our young women for the past 40 years.
By giving attention to this, you are all giving a message to our youth that whatever is coming out of Cosmopolitan magazine is OK.
I can’t understand how CNY did not think along these lines when writing the article.
