Back to the ‘60s at the Synod on the Family. Get out those bell-bottoms, love beads, mood rings and lava lamps. We’re feeling the love in Rome again! Time to recycle those homilies from popular 1960s priests whose catechesis consisted of “I’m OK and you’re OK, so come on, let’s hug.” Don’t worry about having the courage of your convictions. These days, we’re feeling groovy again.
