I always read Mary DeTurris Poust’s columns but can’t help disagreeing with her in “Trusting Enough to Live Your Own Story” (CNY, March 3).
While I agree with most of what she said, I don’t agree when she said, “Own your story. Trust your heart,” etc.
I am not an acrobatic person. People are different. She forgot that we are given different gifts by God. I have embraced my gifts but also know my weaknesses.
