Lawrence W. Pellegrino, who was an affiliate of the Marist Brothers, died Oct. 19, CNY has learned. He was 93.
Pellegrino served as a volunteer at Mount St. Michael Academy in the Bronx for 40 years. He was a disabled veteran and a Fourth-Degree member of the Knights of Columbus at the Wakefield Council in the Bronx.
He is survived by his wife, Marie, and his two sons, Frank and William.
A Funeral Mass was offered Oct. 22 at Holy Rosary Church in the Bronx, with burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne.
