He was pastor of Our Lady of Victory, 2004-2015, and St. Michael’s, Manhattan, 1992-2004, where he earlier was administrator for three years. He has served as director of the Hospital Apostolate since 1992. He has served as a New York City Fire Department chaplain since 1995. He was a parochial vicar at Blessed Sacrament, Staten Island, 1980-1989, and was a summer secretary to Cardinal John O’Connor in 1989. He was ordained in 1980 and named a monsignor in 1995.
