The Separated and Divorced Ministry of the archdiocesan Family Life Office will hold a morning of prayer and reflection with Cardinal Dolan at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Dunwoodie, Saturday March 5.

The free event is for Catholics who have experienced marital separation or divorce.

“This population of individuals feels disenfranchised by their parishes, and yet, they are a vital part of our Church family,” said Carmen Noschese, coordinator of the Separated and Divorced Ministry of the Family Life Office. “This will be an opportunity for them to come together to reflect and spend time with fellow members of the Church while being addressed by Cardinal Dolan.”

The morning will begin with registration and a light breakfast at 9:30 a.m., followed by a welcome and introductory remarks by Dr. Kathy Wither, director of the Family Life Office.

Cardinal Dolan will lead morning prayer and reflection for 45 minutes, beginning at 10 a.m. Guests will then have the opportunity to mingle and ask questions of Dr. Wither and Ms. Noschese until the program concludes at 11:30 a.m.
