St. Peter’s School in Poughkeepsie is celebrating its 175th anniversary. Cardinal Dolan offered Mass at Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel in Poughkeepsie May 18 to mark the milestone. Auxiliary Bishop Peter Byrne was among the concelebrants, and Michael Deegan, interim superintendent of schools in the archdiocese, and Mary Jane Daley, regional superintendent for Dutchess, Northern Westchester and Putnam, both delivered readings. Susan Traudt is principal of St. Peter’s School, and Father Patrick Curley is pastor of St. Peter’s.
