COVID-19 Vaccine Study Requests Healthy Adult Volunteers For Clinical Research

The NYU Langone Vaccine Center is seeking healthy adult volunteers who are interested in participating in clinical research for a COVID-19 vaccine study.

Qualifications include:

are between 65 and 85 years old;

have not been diagnosed with COVID-19;

are willing to receive an investigational COVID-19 vaccine;

are willing to provide blood and nasal swabs;

are not a resident in a long-term care facility;

do not smoke or vape, or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, chronic pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, chronic heart, liver or kidney disease.

The study, sponsored by BioNTech and Pfizer, includes one pre-screening phone call, one in-person screening visit and up to 10 in-person visits over two years.

Volunteers will be compensated for their time and participation.

Located on the main campus of NYU Langone Medical Center, the NYU Langone Vaccine Center Clinic is in the Schwartz Health Care Center, 530 First Ave., 12th Floor, New York, NY 10016.
