Jonathan Torres, A Funeral Mass was to be offered Thursday, April 22, at 10 a.m., at SS. Peter and Paul Church in the Bronx for St. Raymond High School for Boys senior Jonathan Torres, 18, who was killed in a shooting April 16.
A day of mourning was also to be held that day in the school community, with no classes held.
In a statement on its Web site, the school asked “all students, families and alumni to pray for the repose of Jonathan’s soul and for the comfort of his family.”
Burial will be in St. Raymond’s Cemetery, the Bronx.
