Sister Miriam Anne Brennan, S.C., celebrated her 100th birthday May 2 at Cabrini of Westchester in Dobbs Ferry. Sister Miriam Anne was a nurse and a nurse educator who served in the neo-natal unit at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan and was charged with opening the St. Vincent School of Nursing on Staten Island. She has been a member of the Sisters of Charity of New York for 81 years.
