Maria Regina High School in Hartsdale has embarked on a program of rigorous self-study toward Middle States Accreditation, the school announced.

Students, parents, faculty, administration, board of trustees, staff and alumnae are participating in the yearlong initiative assuring that the all-girls school continues to fulfill its mission of providing students with the best possible educational opportunities.

“This exciting and multifaceted initiative, which is getting under way while we are still meeting the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, underscores the strong commitment by our proud Maria Regina family to assure we will continue the school’s tradition of preparing young women for post-secondary success,” said principal Maria Carozza-McCaffrey, a 1999 Maria Regina graduate.

“We will reflect on the school’s mission, core values, what works and what doesn’t work and what it means to be a graduate of Maria Regina High School,” Mrs. Carozza-McCaffrey said.
