Sister Ann Patricia Cuff, O.P., who was a teacher and principal in the archdiocese, died April 26 in St. Martin de Porres Infirmary at St. Dominic’s Convent, Blauvelt. She was 94.

She was principal at St. Mary Star of the Sea School on City Island, the Bronx, 1976-1978. She taught at St. Columba’s, Hopewell Junction, 1972-1974, and at St. Pius V, 1954-1963; Our Lady of the Assumption, 1948-1954; and St. Benedict’s, 1943-1948, all in the Bronx. She was a principal in New Jersey.

She served her congregation as administrator of the infirmary, assistant bookkeeper, member of the secretarial staff, volunteer to senior sisters, gift shop coordinator and in supportive services.

Born in the Bronx, she entered the Sisters of St. Dominic of Blauvelt in 1940 and professed final vows in 1945. She held a bachelor’s in education from Fordham University and a master’s in administration from Glassboro State College in New Jersey.

A Funeral Mass was offered April 29 at St. Dominic’s Convent, with burial in St. Dominic’s Cemetery.
