Sister Annette Kelley, O.P., who was a teacher at Corpus Christi School in Manhattan, died April 2 at the Dominican Motherhouse in Sinsinawa, Wis. She was 89.
She taught at Corpus Christi, 1956-1957. She also taught in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska and Alabama.
Born in Chicago, she professed first vows as a Sinsinawa Dominican in 1940 and final vows in 1943.
A Funeral Mass was offered April 7 at Queen of the Rosary Chapel at the motherhouse, with burial in the sisters’ cemetery there.
