Sister Jane Driscoll, I.H.M., who taught at two former high schools in Manhattan, died Feb. 7 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Scranton, Pa. She was 88. She taught at St. Alphonsus High School, 1959-1963, and Immaculata High School, 1968-1971, both in Manhattan. She also taught in Brooklyn, Syracuse and Vestal, and in Pennsylvania. Born in Corning, she entered the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in 1936 and professed final vows in 1942. She held a bachelor's and two master's degrees from Marywood College in Scranton. A Funeral Mass was offered on Feb. 10 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Scranton, with burial at St. Catherine Cemetery, Moscow, Pa.
