Sister Kenneth Reddington, O.P., who taught for 22 years at St. Nicholas of Tolentine School in the Bronx, died Aug. 25 in the St. Martin de Porres Community at St. Dominic’s Convent in Blauvelt. She was 88.

Sister Kenneth was at St. Nicholas of Tolentine, 1968-1990. She taught at St. Aloysius, Livingston Manor, 1963-1968; Holy Cross, Manhattan, 1953-1963; and St. Dominic, Blauvelt, 1952-1953. She was assistant fiscal officer at Tolentine-Zeiser Community Center, the Bronx, 1990-2005.

Born in the Bronx, she entered the Sisters of St. Dominic of Blauvelt in 1949 and professed final vows in 1954. She earned a master’s in education from Hunter College.

A Funeral Mass was offered Aug. 28 in St. Dominic’s Convent. Burial was in St. Dominic’s Cemetery.
