I read the beautiful article about “How to be Young at Heart” by Christina Capecchi (CNY, Sept. 9). It brought back memories of the old song by Jimmy Durante.
Even as a senior citizen, I recall the wonderful world of play—paper dolls, coloring books, a big box of crayons, jump rope and trading cards—simple games of pretend. They made me happy whenever school became stressful.
