Sister Grace Mutter, S.F.P., who served as a nurse in the archdiocese, died Dec. 13 at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick. She was 82. Sister Grace was a nurse at St. Anthony's Hospital in Warwick, 1945-1946; St. Francis Hospital in the Bronx, 1960-1961; and Mount Alverno Convent in Warwick, 1971-1979. She also did nursing in New Jersey. Born in Jersey City, N.J., she entered the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor in 1944 and professed final vows in 1952. She received her R.N. degree from St. Michael's Hospital School of Nursing in Newark, N.J. A Funeral Mass was offered Dec. 17 at Mount Alverno, with burial at Mount Alverno Convent cemetery.
